We’re extremely happy. Professional, friendly, personal – simply excellent.  The staff really care about the children.  They have plenty of experience and work with joy and real passion.  What I like a lot is that there is no staff turnover (as far as I can judge).                          Monika Svarcova

Yes, although it was not necessarily a negative experience, I would assess it as an average centre.  Monika used to cry a lot each morning.  She has changed significantly since she started attending The Village and we, as parents are much happier as well.                       Monika Svarcova

Prior to my 18 mth & 3 yr old starting, they were at a different centre and the 3 yr old was struggling with toilet training and they couldn’t get the 18 mth old to sleep longer than 20min.  When they started at The Village, everything fell into place and all these issues vanished!  Rachel Smith

Yes.  She enjoyed attending the centre but a lot of the time we felt she was just being babysat rather then engaged in learning and developing social / peer relationships.  Cara-Lee Kwiatkowski

Knowing that my children are being cared for by highly qualified staff, many of whom have their own children instils confidence in me that they are being cared for correctly.  The girls have learnt so much here, it is amazing. To hear them singing new songs that they have learnt always makes us smile.  Looking for a safe, happy, healthy, fun & educational daycare placement is a difficult & worrying experience – that is until we found Miss Debbie & Miss Sharon – fabulous!  Knowing that our children are served healthy hot lunches makes my life in the morning easy knowing that lunch is taken care of.  The staff take the time to get to know your children and the family. What an amazing place! The Village is more than a child care centre, it’s a place of learning and fun where children are valued and parents are welcomed. William has been at The Village since he was 18months old. He was unhappy at his previous child care centre, often being upset in the morning. In the last two and a half years we haven’t had that problem. He has blossomed under the love, care & guidance of his teachers. He is happy, well adjusted and has exciting stories of what he has done every day. The Village has been brilliant. Thank you so much! When we first met Miss Sharon and the staff at The Village they were friendly and down to earth. It was very difficult to leave Chloe but they made the whole experience for me and Chloe enjoyable.
